Registration fee: AU$895
Accompanying persons: AU$650
Children (all ages) are treated as accompanying persons: AU$650 (but infants are free).

Students: AU$400.

Accompanying persons participate in social activities and benefit from the group accomodation and meal rates, etc.

Catamaran transfers: AUD198 per person return.

Please remember: we need the names and birth dates of all passengers.

Full payment of registration fees is required immediately on registration.

On 1 January 2028 all registration fees increase by AUD150, and from 1 April by AUD300. Except for special cases, registrations and cancellations will not usually be accepted after 1 May 2028 (see cancellation fees below).

At least 20% of accommodation and transfer fees will be required by 1 July 2027, and at least 50% by 31 December 2027, with 100% of all fees payable by 1 April, 2028.

Cancellations: the cancellation Policy is 100% loss within 30 days of the event, 50% within 60 days, 30% within 90 days. In addition, we charge a fee of AU$250 for cancellations, because cancellations make it impossible to organise conferences.
